How to reset peugeot 607 surus information

Hello, I just joined the forum.

I just bought the 607 3.0 2001 model pejo.

There are statistics for 2 drivers on the screen.

This information shows the relevant driver statistics. There is also an option that shows instant information.

There are two locations I couldn't handle.
1- How do I reset this information.
2- How can I go to statistics when I want instant information on the screen whenever I want.
