How to Choose Sport Spring for 205/45/17 Tire

My current tire size on my 2007 model 207 is 205/45/17. I want to have a sport spring fitted and the tires should not be rubbing against the fenders. There is a lot of distance between the tire and the fender right now, the vehicle is officially standing in the air. Do you think I should prefer 3.5 cm or 5 cm springs?
