My brother had a similar problem in my back left and the driver's door. When I opened and closed it was making a sound like it was just plugging it in. When I opened it, it made it sound even if I closed it slowly. I asked the mechanic during the maintenance. have a look at the screws.

It was like me, I removed the place of the door and cleaned that tensioner, brushed a little bit of soap and then wd40 on it was fixed, no need to spend money;)
