How do you care against rust?
Even if the exterior surfaces of the vehicles are protected with paint, they are exposed to the risk of rusting. Corrosion problems that you may encounter in places such as bonnet, luggage, door interiors, undercarriage cope with factors such as moisture, dust and soil. Manufacturer companies generally exclude the corrosion caused by environmental pollution, mud, and atmospheric wastes. The first intervention you can do against rust is to apply Rust Prevention Systems applied by vehicle maintenance centers to your vehicle when your vehicle is new. The insulation of the base plate of the vehicle should be checked frequently, if the insulation is swollen, there is a risk of corrosion. - Make sure that your vehicle's water discharge holes and channels are open, - Periodically washing the bottom of your vehicle, - After washing your vehicle, make sure that the sensitive parts such as door under, mud flaps, fender edges, trunk grooves, engine compartment, interior of the sill profiles, inside the carrier system profile and door pillars are thoroughly cleaned and dry, - To remove the small bumps and scratches on your vehicle's body that will cause corrosion, by retouching the paste instead of polishing, which will make it unprotected against external factors, - Washing your vehicle with a sponge instead of a brush and preventing the fine scratches that may occur are the measures that will prevent your vehicle from rusting. |
