hot air when the air conditioner is off - 206

206 cc 2005 model 1.6 digital air conditioner

When we turn the air conditioner to the lowest level and turn it off, cool air should come from outside, but terrifying hot air comes from the feet and from above.

I just press the return air inside button on the air conditioning panel. there is no air from outside, but the pipes next to the gas pedal of the feet are so hot that it still heats them up.

Anyone know how to solve the problem?
