If the trouble just doesn't sound the horn, it is very easy to repair. But if it sounds like it is not working, or if I turn the steering wheel is working, the com2000 coil in the steering hub is defective. there are masters who repair it. you can bring cheap far east.

Let's come to the horn issue:

You will see a hole under the steering wheel. There is an iron rod inside. With a turning screw, you will push that iron strongly. (Do not push left or right. Do not try to pull.) When you push that iron, the part with the airbag from the steering wheel, the area where we press the fear, will be separated. Remove it carefully. behind it are airbag cables.
Be sure to remove the vehicle + terminal before disconnecting the cables. then there are 3 copper fields on the back of the steering wheel, in two corners like the dot and at the bottom. sand them and sand their counterparts in the steering wheel. then plug it back in. transaction is ok.

First of all, as I said, it is a comm200 source for turning right and left. there are multiple reasons for this. The most prominent are the extension cables on the comm2000. It is difficult to detect if there is a problem on the electronic card inside.

but if we come to the horn issue, the horn system is not that complicated. my advice to you is remove the airbag part before entering the soldering event. you will see a single cable right behind it. allows the horn to complete the connection. Disconnect that cable and place it in the copper area on the comm2000. the circuit is completed and the horn sounds. Try this by rotating the steering wheel in various positions. If there is no problem, tighten the jack on the end of that cable with pliers and then put it back into place.

In this way, you will understand the problem originating from comm2000.
