Hill Start Assist

2018 1.2 I have PureTech Active semi-automatic owner. Hill start support in the vehicle is running ridiculous. Sometimes it keeps. Sometimes it doesn't. It shifts back even on straight road. Sometimes it keeps very nice on the slope. Sometimes it doesn't. Man is afraid to stand on the hill officially. Does anyone have this problem?
