High speed battery lamp?

look, I found an answer like this.

I think it will most likely be related to your fan belt ...
I think there is a problem with the V-belt. Since it cannot hold the pulleys completely, it can not charge instantly as it performs some kind of skidding on the pulley and turns on the light. It clings and turns off the light when charging starts again.
