Hello sentence

I would like to consult information on tire sizes for friends 206. I got my car acquaintance in April 2013. the friend gave two snow tires with the vehicle. normal tires 175-65-14 snow type ones 185- 64 - 14. The person I bought put the snow type forward and used it for a winter. I use it like that now. I haven't seen any trouble so far, but I still have question marks. Would you mind? I am waiting for your information. thanks in advance.

13MM higher snow tires. As the turning diameter differs from the others, the speedometer is misleading.

So it shows slow when going fast or does it show fast when going slow? Does it cause any damage to the vehicle?

No harm, teacher. You are enlarging the outer diameter of the vehicle's wheel. The vehicle uses the number of laps while determining the km speed,

When you were going with 175/65/14 you had 60cm outer diameter and you were traveling 60cm in one tour. By comparing this over time, kmh and after this tour, your Km counter was actually increasing. 100km will change when you go 100km

Now when it is 185/65/14, this diameter is 73cm. You went 73cm in a round, not 60cm. This will be less written than you go. Likewise at your KMH speed. There will be a 90km change when you go 100km.

so I'm 100 km on the dial. I see, but actually 90 km. I'm going quickly, I got it right.

Hodja, you will travel a lot more without changing the number of laps, which will affect the speed, exactly as you mentioned.

Also, the vehicle will be slightly higher than the ground.

I know as 175-65-14 tire size 175 base width 65 sidewall length 14te rim. I think you can only increase the tread width of the tire by wearing 185-65-14. Shouldn't there be an anchor effect? After all, you just expand the base, why does the wheel increase in diameter?

65 does not specify a length, it is the percentage of the base width. that is, the cheek lengths of 175/65 and 185/65 are different.

Even those who are 185 seem obvious, even with the eye.

Obviously the base is big, but in diameter, I couldn't see the difference as obvious.

That's right, Hodja. It means that the rotation of your vehicle is measured and adjusted accordingly.
