vehicle 407 1.6 hdi 2007 model 190bin. Due to financial problems, no maintenance has been made to the engine until now except oil filter replacement etc. Although it was 190 thousand, it had to be changed twice, but it was not done. this is the general maintenance of the vehicle. Let me write the incident that I experienced a month ago, maybe it will give you an idea.

1- When the first problem reached 100-110a, it gave the engine warning and got it. It worked with a single starter, but it did not exceed 90 of course. I also have pain, no service, I took it to the industrial master, connected it to the computer, said something like pressure-fuel, cleared the error. He said bring it again when you do it. When I went out the next day, he gave the same warning at the same speed, but this time the engine sounded, the turbo cut off when I took it to the same master. He said, let's take the turbo and see what the problem is.
I could not get 2-zero turbo I brought the revised turbo with repaired. If the master showing the turbo is not the turbo problem, if you do not solve the other problem, even though this turbo will say that the fate will be the same, the master connected it to the computer and said that there was something like egr walf-fuel exhaust pressure, and he disassembled only the turbo without doing the necessary pipe cleaning etc. When we have a problem, we understand what this serfer is.
With this 3-mounted turbo, the short distance was 20-30 km on the way and gave the same error on the way back. it's the second turbo cut in two weeks. After ordering and receiving another revised turbo (500 + 500 + 300 labor TL), this time I took it to a different master.
4-This master is well known in the industry. Although he was confident, he did not say that I would cut it, we will open it and look at it, we will attach the turbo. The master, who sent the turbo, also received the warning that the turbo cut due to oil reduction, and the turbocharger inlet and outlet hose pipe cleaning and the oil filter replaced the turbo even though I changed the oil two months ago. He tested the car and this time the car was staged in the 70-80s. said this master as if your car engine will land. The camshaft is problematic and what is the pipe between the camshaft and the turbo? The oil that goes from there to the bag says something is escaping there and it causes the turbo to be cut .. Your engine will come down and the clean maintenance problem will be solved only in this way. He could not solve the reason for the stating, but he said it can be solved with the engine. Of course, the cost pointed to something like 6-7 thousand.

First of all, the probable oil pump may be troubled as there is a problem with your lubrication. because the turbo is not easy to break down one after another. stopping the vehicle is like diesel escaping. When did the diesel filter change? pressure sensor may be malfunctioning. Universal fault detection devices cannot see some problems. If possible, I recommend you to look for a special service with original software. I say, disassemble the oil cartel and have a good cleaning.

thank you. the last master talked about a situation like fuel cuts. I have not replaced the diesel filter for a couple of years. I suspect the diesel pump rather than the diesel filter is a bit expensive. They also mentioned a situation such as oil pump or engine oil measurement, but they gave the recommendation to download the engine, which I think they are doing to make money on it.
