HELP PLEASE

hello my car 2003 model 2006 xt 1.6 & nbsp; on the instrument panel, the safety belt is not seen in some models, I don't see it in some of them.

I'm saying it for 307. It may have been disconnected under the driver's seat. Just for your knowledge.
