Help on battery and charge dynamus? Urgent

Friends, I finally bought 206 cars, this is the 4th one :)
Coming to my problem, the former owner of the car said that the charging dyno was faulty, so I showed it to the familiar electrician, I think the piece changed like coal. In the past, when the vehicle was running, it valued around 12, and after the charge coil coal changed, it was around 14. My main problem is that if I listen to music in the car for 10 minutes, the starter turns very hard and all the settings are reset, the information display tape etc. Is the problem still from the charger or is it dead on the battery? Otherwise I wouldn't go and buy a battery

My guess is that the battery is depleted.
