Help About Peugeot 406 Sport Pack ... !!! - 406

I also joined the Pejoists. I have a few problems with my vehicle I bought 2 months ago. I ask for help from friends who have knowledge about the subject.

2001 model 2000 Hp, 138 Bg Sports Pack model;

1) There is no LPG in my vehicle. Since I use the company vehicle, I do not have the opportunity to use 406 more. I traveled 400 KM in 2 months :)) I do not think of getting LPG because I don't use too much and because of financial difficulties. But my problem burns around 0.50 Kurus per km (may be more) :)). Do you think this value is normal?

1) I'm having trouble with my tape. Although I turn off the ignition once in a while, my tape does not turn off. The steering control and the tape on-off button do not work. But I can change the channel over the tape and turn on and off. I never managed to turn off the tape. As a solution, I removed the battery terminals and fixed them. But it is inconvenient to remove the battery terminals. Also, this solution is laborious and I have to adjust it again because the settings are reset. What do you think is the problem in my tape? Does it cost me a lot?

2) I have to pay around 410 TL this month. According to what I heard from a friend, if I fill out a "Declaration" and give it to the tax office, I can deposit taxes from a lower tier . How can I do this and what are the conditions?

3) I had the maintenance of the vehicle (oil, filter, water, shock absorber etc.). But I made it to the mechanic instead of an authorized service. I heard that I had to connect it to the computer and reset the maintenance date or something. Do I need to take the vehicle to the service?
