HELP!! 3008 engine shaking and other problems

I've asked Peugeot authorized service centers in two different cities, but none of them have been able to answer or understand the situation. My first question is about the engine. Every day, when I first start my 2022 Model 1.6 Puretech 3008 GT, I feel like the idle time is long and the engine vibrates a little too much. The engine noise is a bit loud inside the car, and you can feel the vibration when you sit in the seat. This lasts for about 20 seconds. Then it returns to normal. What could be the cause of this? What can be done to solve it? My second question is about the headlight range. I haven't been able to adjust the headlight range since I bought the car, so I've been driving it. The service center says the headlight range automatically adjusts and there's no need to intervene. So I just kept driving, but I noticed that sometimes the height of the headlights bothers oncoming traffic on the highway. How do we adjust this? My third question is about the driving modes. Why aren't there any driving modes for mud, snow, etc., on the 3008s like the C5 Aircross? Or are there some and I'm just not finding them? The driving modes on the right side of the gear knob are eco, normal, and sport. Even the most fully loaded version with the GT package doesn't have these mud, snow, etc. modes?
