I have problems with the central heating system in my vehicle. The event is as follows: The heating constantly gives hot air. I cut the hose in the summer, the master left it idle or connected to another bio. the engine did not let in the heat. However, the winter has come, I have the hose reconnected and the car does not stop from the heat. Normally, when there is no hose connection, the air conditioner operates in the summer, but when you connect the hose, the air conditioner activates but does not cool. In summary, the control knob that separates hot and cold is useless. Hot air always comes. In the meantime, while this problem exists, the temperature of the vehicle reaches 100 when the speed of the vehicle increases in winter. . I would like your help thanks

thank you for your interest. Actually, I had already checked the back of the panel. I have seen the directional wires on the far right pointing down to the glass or something, but I could not see anything behind the button that separates the middle part, the heat and the cold. It was like a plain electronic closed circuit. I wonder what it should be. Should it be something like a wire? Thanks
