Hello there. I can not disassemble the black box where the headlight height adjustment is done. How do I do this? I pull out the socket. Can I just open it?

When I want to adjust the height from the inside of my vehicle, one of the headlights is working and the other is insensitive to command. is it a wrong engine or insurance?
