Headlight adjustment problem

Hello everybody, my car's twelve headlights have been replaced by the warehouse brand headlight, but even though I have made the headlight adjustment in two places, I have not tried to remove it from the adjustment screw on the left headlight, but it does not happen. If anyone has help, I would be very happy

When my brother is adjusting the headlight, approach to a flat wall and get a distance of 1.5 - 2 meters in between. unfortunately, these problems can occur in sub-industry products.

If you still cannot find a solution, remove the parts from the old headlights, transfer them to the new headlights.

Unfortunately, one of the old headlights was shattered and the other one was not broken. God knows where I looked at where the headlight motor was.
