Hello friends
The steering got heavier when nothing was in the middle, and the brake got stiff.
I tried the brake, there is nothing to hold and even ABS is engaged when it is hung. But when you press the pedal, the pedal does not descend 1-2 cm. Confused

it was as if the hydraulic was disabled at the wheel. I looked at both the steering and brake fluids, there is no reduction. Some friends know that there is a humming noise when turning the steering wheel to the end (I think there is something like the steering engine in previous issues), there is no abnormality in it, sound or something.

I couldn't understand why, is there anybody with this kind of knowledge? Cry

by the way my car is 2001 model 206 xt 1.6

There may be a problem in the relays that manage the steering pump and abs. Have the electrician check it ... there are coals in the steering pump (if it is electric).

Have you checked the crank pulley, the belt?

No I have never thought of looking at the belt pulley part. but if there is a problem with the belt, will not the traction fall?

Check the V-belt when it is ole.If the car lights up, it is possible that the problem may be caused by the belt. the mustafa_nalcaciogl 2014-05-03 18:51:45

Could hydraulic oil be reduced?

No bro, I looked at the strap, no problem. There is no glitch in the charging light, however. hydraulic oil is also ok. even hydraulic oil is a little too much. overflowed from the cover. Could the oil flowing occasionally come into contact with the belt? I did not find any trace of oil on the strap though.

Peugeot does this, it gets so bad that it gets better over time.

Honda had been in my car, I had put more oil than needed, and the brakes of the car were stuck. I think try to have an oil change.
