Hello friends 2004 model 307 1.4 hdi my clutch is very hard and grip from above. Also, when the 1st Gear is getting up, the vehicle is getting harder. What is the reason for the pressure pad? Is there anything that happened to you?

Have a nice day. First, start the vehicle at idle and shift the gear to 3 or 5, then push the throttle to the gear like 1 and leave the clutch a little faster. When the vehicle is stationary, your rev counter will increase.

Normally, the gear that should be in the process we do is that when we do this operation at 3 or 5, the vehicle should stop and stop, otherwise your pressure pad is finished. This situation has a lot of impact on your fuel.

it's true what your friend says, but you can't understand in 3-5 gear, you have to do it in 1 gear, you can understand the shifting because it is stronger
It is already time to change due to the hardness and grip above.

The clutch of vehicles with fixed flywheel is generally hard. A problem that will be overcome with pressure pad replacement. very rarely the debriya may be relevant in the upper center.

Shift probability in 1st gear = 20%
Shift probability in 2nd gear = 40%
Shift probability in 3rd gear = 60%
This is how it goes. You can not understand that the pressure pad is finished in 1st gear, even if the gear is strong, the car gets even pawed by pulling the paw :) but if you stop 5 and the head stops, the pressure is strong. you gave gas, you left the clutch. If the vehicle does not stop or shouts, printing is out.

The vehicle has a hard time getting up in gear. I will try what you say.

the vehicle is attached to the 1 gear, the hand brake is pressed, the brakes are taken off, and if it stops, there is nothing in the lining, if it continues to scream, it is running out.

The printing lining should probably change.

There are those who call the air flow meter. I could not decide whether the pressure or air flow meter.

3- Clutch Is Too Hard;

This malfunction is usually noticeable when the clutch of another car of the same brand looks smoother than yours. Or you may notice that the clutch is overly stiff.

A- The clutch becomes stiff when the Clutch Fork is worn. This is due to the fork. When the ball pressing part of the fork is worn, it presses the ball with force, which causes the clutch to become stiff.

B- When the pressure umbrellas wear out, the clutch becomes stiff again and the pedal grips at the base. Printing requires pad replacement.

C- Clutch hardens when the Clutch Rope is rust or there is a wire break in it. To do this, lubricating the rope is NOT a SOLUTION, you must replace it.

D- The clutch pedal may be corroded on the shaft it is moving. In this case, its lubrication will eliminate this malfunction.

1- Clutch Clutch From Above

The ideal clutch pedal clutch point is clutch in the middle parts while releasing the clutch. (However, in some car brands, for example, in French car brands, it grasps from above)

As the lining level decreases, the clutch starts to grip from above and when you finally release the clutch, the car gets hard to displace the clutch as if it were almost doing a half clutch. In this case, the pad is finished and the clutch set (pressure, pad, ball) needs to be replaced.

Clutch clutch point on some vehicles
can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the adjustment screw on the pedal or rope. However, no matter how much adjustment is made to a car that is out of luck.
