H4 Xenon longs do not burn.

Good evening,

I bought a new cable set and installed it on my h4 xenon kit, the cable of which had previously failed. Shorts are lit but no selector or longs are burning. When you go long, there is no relay sound from anywhere.

But the interesting thing is, when the shorts are off, they work long when they hold the selector lever.
