Good master who understands from 106 in Istanbul

hello guys today i bought a 106 quik.they have some deficiencies they have disabled the idle engine, i did not understand the reason.gti bumper attachments did not fit well in the bumper as in every quiksilver.

Why they canceled the idling engine If there is lpg, it may have been canceled because the vehicle is flickering idling.
