When I press it to download it is normal. When I pull it to close it, it keeps getting 2-3cm up. I have to pull the glass over and over again in order to close it. I wonder why? Thank you.

I think it is contactless. If it does, it does not cause any trouble to open the rim and clean it with contact spray. I did it now, I use it without problems.

There was a setting like opening the contact halfway and holding the glass knob up but I can't remember I think it helps if there are friends who know exactly

The impact sensor may be defective or stuck somewhere. Auto lockers or electricians solve your job.

After closing the window completely, force it to close a few times. It may have happened because you probably removed the pole etc.

I was trying to remove it, I don't know how it came to print on the right glass in the night. 3-4cm shield was closed from the alarm but it was closing in a single time.
