Gear console cleaning (Gear Knob) - 406

Hello friends. I have 2000 model 406 sv. Automatic transmission. The man I picked up on the maintenance-free vehicle. There is a complete cookie shell inside the gear, and so on. I searched on the internet both in English and Turkish, but I could not find any resources. I want to disassemble this place and clean it by gears. Maybe I can solve this problem because my 1st gear key doesn't work either. The vehicle was fully geared 1 month ago. It wasn't working before it was done. The transmission is a key problem, the electrician's job, we are not looking. I would appreciate it if someone with a document or a visual expression in English Turkish is able to help with the dismantling of this place.

Then you need to remove the bright frame with trim tools. The rest is dexterity. Actually, it is not something to do, but shiny frame nails are definitely broken. So do it when the car is warm.
