The float inside the gas tank may be broken or installed. The last and unlikely indicator is distorted.

[/ QUOTE]  If the float is intact, you need to fill the hod tank, dismantle the display screen, remove the needle and insert it. A very common situation for 206s as vehicles age.  | |
