Hello friends. A few days ago my car started to pick up late in the morning. After a while, the warning light came on. the warning wrote something like "lean fuel". When I looked at the gas pump, I came across the landscape in the picture. Now I have a few questions for you.
1. Do you think the fault is in the pump or is it taking air from the pipe?
2. What is the name of the green stripe piece at the end of the left pipe?

If you can't understand anything by looking here, the pipe that goes to the gas filter you call that green stripe

As seen in the picture, there is wetness next to the hose. This is a harbinger of gasoline leakage. I thought if the gas was going out, the air was going too.
