gas-proportional sound problem

I changed the oil and filters of my 206 vehicles. one day later, as the vehicle accelerates, the sound of tıssssss sounds like the air blowing in proportion to the gas. the master said there was no problem with the engine but could not find the reason. what do you think and how can i get rid of this sound ???

The air filter may not be seated properly or its screws may be loose.
