Gas drops after 2 seconds even though I press the clutch

My vehicle is a 2010 model bipper tepee. Even though the car is shifting up a half an hour after starting the car, I press the clutch and pull my foot off the gas pedal, it drops the throttle after 2 seconds, remains stuck and then falls.
