Fuel consumption problem?! (11 litres/100 km) |

From my research in this forum, I came to the conclusion that there is a fuel consumption problem with my vehicle. Inner city burns around 11 liters per 100 km Extra-urban burns around 7 liters per 100 km. I've been making these measurements continuously since I bought the vehicle and it's always in this vicinity. What could be the reasons? I have been driving for many years, before that I drove a Ford Fiesta, Toyota Auris, and I did not encounter such problems. So I don't think it has anything to do with my driving style. Unfortunately, the consumption values are normal. When the transmission is old type dpo al4 4-speed manual, fuel consumption is also high. it doesn't fall too much, it only drops between 1-3 liters towards summer, depending on the region and traffic you use. In my friend, the thp engine type of the same vehicle burns around 7-8 liters for the city. Hope lives in the village, straight roads are an advantage for her.

If there is no lpg in your vehicle, lpg should be installed, I have it installed, now I am comfortable, there is a serious decrease in fuel consumption, I recommend it.. Lavato obd 2 kit was installed..

Connoisseurs know, the combination of 1.6 thp and 4-speed automatic has extinguished many lives economically. I came from Istanbul to Izmir with a half tank of my 2009 model 1.6 THP 4-speed automatic gasoline vehicle. Approximately 480 - 500 km. Between Istanbul Esenler - Izmir Bornova. I came from the toll road. I crossed by ferry. Cruise control on 90-100. Before the departure, the constant traffic in Istanbul, 1700 km average, was 11.4 liters. When I arrived in Izmir, I had lowered it to 9.8. I also experienced how much difference the ramp and weight make on consumption on the way back. On the way back, the car was loaded and heavy. Also, the return from Izmir to Istanbul has more ramps. Consumption has increased markedly. I burned 3/4 tank on the way back. In other words, the departure is approximately 500 TL (full warehouse is around 1000 TL) and the return is approximately 750 TL. |
