Fuel consumption

My 2021 model diesel automatic GT vehicle burns 12.5/13.00 liters of fuel per 100 km in winter. I always use it in Eco mode. When the air temperature rises above 18 degrees, it drops to 9.5 liters. I use the vehicle for short and medium distances in the city. Checked in service but nothing found. These figures are too high for a vehicle that writes 4.3 liters in the city and 4.1 liters outside the city in its catalog. When I first bought it, it was burning 5.5 liters at a constant speed of 105 km / h in summer months outside the city. It currently averages 6.3 liters.
