I painted the front console before, this tape is where I want to paint the door handles or something but this time by applying a primer and changing the color better. How can I remove the paint I used before? Will the paint remover melt the plastic if I use the spray? Help please

If you try to remove it, it might be worse. I would make a nice water sandpaper. Then, I do not forget to apply a plastic varnish and a matt varnish as you know :)

Isn't there a way to remove acrylic paint from plastic trim?

There are dye-removing chemicals, but it can cause damage. You can take the paint remover by spraying it, but as soon as the paint comes out, rinse well with warm water.

[QUOTE = sonerkyl] it would be worse if you try to remove it exactly.

Does the primer adhere to the paint?

I guess you did not use varnish and primer after painting. So how long was the life average of the paint?

I used varnish right now, I removed the door opening frames and sprayed it with paint sprayer. The paint has been fading for 6 months.
