Hello, the front armrest cooling of my car Peugeot 3008 is not working. I wonder if I accidentally turned it off somewhere or did it malfunction?

As far as I know, cooling is not a standard feature off/on option anyway.

My wife has 3008 Allure selection (2020), I have 508 prime (2020). The armrest cooling of the 3008 is a great thing, it cools very well. Coke stays cold for 8 hours. My 508 has a cooling port but it doesn't work. It's been 3 months since I bought the car, it said there is cooling in the catalog, but I asked the dealer: it is not in the prime version. What is your model? maybe not in version
