Folding mirror malfunction - 406

Hello everyone, guys.
The 406 sv right door mirror hit the motorcycle coming from the opposite direction in motion and escaped. Afterwards, the mirrors were closed automatically for protection. But the right mirror also had dysfunction. If anyone recommends a good mechanic you know on the Anatolian side, thank you in advance.
(I showed it to 1-2 auto electricians, they couldn't do it, they gave advice to get out, I don't know if I can get the efficiency because the original is around 400 TL.)
