Fog lights

Hello, good evening. I had philps yellow bulbs in my fog before, I had osram cool blue h1 instead of them, I was hoping very light yellow white, but it was not what I expected. Do you think I'll get a Philips Diamond Vision for 55 TL or add another 50 TL and get 100 odd TL and xenon. Say what. Can I catch xenon whiteness if Philps?
