Hi friends 308 2013 1.6 A problem started as I mentioned in the title in my HDI vehicle. The vehicle is at 61,000 km. Some time after the air conditioner is turned on, between 2200-3000 rpm, there is a slight flickering from the left front and a loud and disturbing sound similar to the trim sound. Its intensity decreases as the gear gets bigger. Even if the air conditioner turns off, the problem continues without losing its intensity until the engine is turned off and expected to cool. But if the air conditioner never turns on, there is no problem.

I also shot a video while I was driving and idle. You can find the links below.
Idle: https://youtu.be/LxAFXy1oZo4

This problem started right after my new periodic maintenance. However, it took me 2 weeks to detect the air conditioner event. Oil was changed during maintenance and oil, diesel, air and pollen filters were changed. At the same time, engine washing was done. I don't know if the problem could be related to engine washing or maintenance. Maybe it's coincidence.

I would be very glad if you share your ideas and experiences. What could be the source of the problem? Do I need to go to the air conditioner or a different master?

Thanks in advance.

If the sound is 100% connected with the air conditioner, its source is probably It is the air conditioner compressor bearing that gets its power from the alternator belt, but its position is towards the right headlight behind the radiator, not the left. Even when the air conditioner is turned off, when the pulley rotates, the compressor shaft is locked to the pulley and begins to rotate thanks to the electromagnetic clutch mechanism inside. The sounds coming towards the end of your idle shot are similar to the on-off sound of the selonoid valves that lock the shaft to the pulley, but if you start a shot like the video when the air conditioner is turned off and then open the air conditioner, you can say something more clear.

It was ridiculous, but something similar happened to me. They delivered the car of the air filter tube without snapping it in place. I used 5 6 thousand km without realizing it. At upper revs and idling, there was a tremendous trim-like sound from the left side, behind the indicators. Another friend I mentioned during the visit opened the hood, looked not seated. The corrected voice is gone. I don't know if this is seriously ridiculous to you, but if it is after maintenance, open the hood and check it by hand.
