Flickering in D and R - 207

In my 207 cc 2011 gasoline 1.6 car, D was trembling while waiting at the lights, and there was a lot of tremor noise in the car, it stopped when I gave a little throttle. When it is at R, it vibrates, and when it gets to N, it stops. What would be the reason ,? Thank you.

First, I take the handbrake and take it to p again, but I do it again, but this has turned into an urban legend.
