First of all, all the 3008s I have seen for the last 3-4 years were joystick gear and eat8 gearboxes. The vehicle I bargained on was a gearshift and eat6. The information of you, our esteemed masters, who can advise on Eat8 or eat6 within their knowledge, experience in the past and make positive and negative comments is very important to me. The biggest issue on my mind is the transmission difference in this model. Apart from that, I would like to thank you for everything you can make suggestions, pay attention to this point. I hope very soon, as a Peugeot owner, I have the chance to become an active member of the forum. |

You can take it with your eyes closed. It is a super vehicle both as an engine and as a transmission. Eat6 and eat8 are both products of the same manufacturer. Eat6 sounds like better to me. If you ask why, the transmission has been used for years. Whatever the gap was detected, corrections were made according to the model. Eat8, on the other hand, may take a little longer to prove itself because it is new. Of course, being 8 forward is a more positive situation on fuel. But I don't think there are too many gaps in between. The chronic problem of the new generation diesel peugeot was AdBlue tanks. Free replacement under warranty for most car owners. Apart from that, I heard sometime that the timing belt changes were made again. Let me tell you openly, if I have money, I will buy 3008 with my eyes closed. He put the arm you mentioned. When there was a lot of reaction, they changed again.

Thank you very much for the information. I hope the vehicle will be without any problems. I hope they have solved the AdBlue problem before the 2020 model and at least I can use the tool for 5-6 years without any problems. I bought it yesterday, I came to Istanbul without any trouble, I hope I can continue to use it like this without any trouble.

Have a nice day. AdBlue problem is not a problem, believe me. Yes, Euro 6 engines are a bit delicate. You go to the authorized service for the first 2 years. If AdBlue tank pressure problem occurs in the first 2 years, they are already done. If you extend the warranty to 5 years, there will be no problems. Not less than 5 years. My vehicle Peugeot Partner Tepee Zenith 1.6 BlueHDI has never been serviced by an authorized service. Adblue problem happened. We took care of 500 TL radically. Don't worry. Extend the warranty, it is enough for you. Even for 2 years, it can be canceled very easily with the software.

Good luck with the vehicle, I have not had any problem with new models. I have been using 2010 model 3008 for 4 years. I have not changed anything except oil and water for 3 years = "Smile" />

Hello,
First of all, good luck already. I hope you use it in good days. I bought a 2019 model EAT6 at 7.200km and I am using it. Yes the gear knob is very bad as the image. But there is nothing short of EAT8 in terms of performance and comfort. A friend of mine who used EAT8 had driven his brother's car on the long road, it was EAT6. He told me that the EAT6 is more serial. He even said that there is a lot of gear changes in the city with the EAT8. Frankly, he finds EAT8 unnecessary. On the other hand, I like EAT8 more because of the look :) On the fuel, there is almost no difference. Have peace of mind. As they say, these vehicles do not have a chronic problem other than the Adblue tank and timing belt. I know that they solved the Adblue tank problem in 2019 and later models. |
