Fell out of check

Greetings .. 2006 Peugeot 307 HDI FAB BREAK 109 PS .. While driving on the road for a long time, the speed of the vehicle came down from 140-150 to 90 and the engine lamp burned. I stopped the vehicle and bi Batch few weeks on the same issues again and disappeared .... it was approximately 6 -7 months was normal ... a month ago, I explained above on the same repeat .. but this time it has not been leveled ... now the car is not at 109 ps ... like 50-60 ps car ... The car has decreased the engine oil very much in the meantime .. .and when I open the bonnet .. 4 layers next to the water to be wiped .. with a bellows cable over a lot of oil .... I don't know what the warnings it gives mean, but the problem seems to be from the air flow meter. Is there a problem not to be overturned in the vehicle?
