Fan noise when 207 ignition is opened - 207

My 1.6 petrol 207 vehicle went to the service for engine maintenance. As soon as I turn the ignition, the fan starts to run with noise. The air conditioner starts 1-2 seconds after the ignition is turned on, without turning on or stepping on the gas. It just goes silent 3-4 minutes after turning off the engine.

P11AA faulty intake manifold pressure receiver signal gave a warning on the computer. What is it?
