Fan motor malfunction

Hi guys,
For 2 months, the fan motor has been running continuously in the 2nd stage even at low temperatures. Sometimes the electric fault light is on. Yesterday, when this light was on, we connected it to the computer, the air conditioner gave pressure sensor malfunction and 2 unknown malfunctions. We canceled the client and we will try it this way. Another master thermostat said, I have not changed. The front bumper has removed the resistance from there, said it was broken, and the problem continued again. He said that the master I went to yesterday is not a thermostat. Let's try this way, let's not change the thermostat in vain, it made sense to me.

If you cannot see the fault codes, I think the device used by the master is universal. If you look with the original peugeot software, you can see them, hodja.

The authorized service takes 100-150 TL fault control fee at the beginning, brother. You can handle 20-30 TL in special services with original software.

I think we found the problem. Yesterday the fault light came on again. I went to a private service in Bostancı industry.
We connected it to the computer, the problem is P1497 and P2562. The turbocharger compressor failed. Even the master showed the values from the computer. He was working at 53%, which should normally work at 72%. therefore, the fan is working in the 2nd stage, he said. The engine would protect itself.
He had made this malfunction last year. It came to my pure memory then I couldn't even know what was going out. Anyway, 60.000 maintenance has already come, and we will handle it this week.

Until Bostancı came to Erenköy, the fan did not open 2nd level. It becomes clear to 2/3 days. The problem seems to be solved for now. On this occasion, I met a decent master.

We connected it to the computer again, no errors, no malfunctions. Although the temperature is 75-80 degrees, the fan works noisily in the 2nd stage.

Could it be related to the air conditioner when the heater is on in a hot location?
Is there anything like this happening?

On Sunday, the malfunction lamp came on and the fan started to work intermittently at the 2nd stage and low temperatures.
Computer malfunction codes: P1497 and P2562 and these codes are also related to turbo.
This fan problem has been happening for the third time in 2 years, and in the first two, Turbo Pressure has improved after changing to the valve. In the first one, I have not had this fan problem for more than 1 year. Like 4 months after the last change, again the fan started to open in the 2nd stage.
