"Ext mute" error in original tape

Hello friends. I removed the original tape of my 206 vehicles today. I disassembled the cassettes and soldered the aux cable instead. It operated. No soeun in radio and aux. Then I disassembled the tape again, it was ripped again for 1-2 hours. When I obsessed, an "ext mute" error appeared on the screen. Disconnect the sockets in foreign forums 1-2 minutes wait was working. I did it as they say it works, but I turn off the tape and when I turn it on again it gives the same error. Do I have to disconnect and plug in every time? Did the tape protect itself? Can anyone help if it happened before?
