Exhaust smell inside

Friends 2009 308 1.6 hdi when my car opened the ventilation started to smell the exhaust inside, what could be the problem?

As Soner said, it can be manifold, if there is a crack in the block, it can be understood from the sound.

If it comes up when you open the ventilation, replace your pollen filter and try it. I especially recommend the activated carbon pollen filter instead of the normal filter.
