Since my vehicle is diesel, I am thinking of having a hood instead of a complete exhaust.
How would you recommend an exhaust header. How does a double exhaust stop?

The original pipe is slightly sloping down.
Do I need to have a source, have a medical examination after 5 months?
What are your recommendations?

I think put a complete exhaust. Anyhow, the car doesn't sound diesel, but it's up to you.
They have beautiful exhaust tips. The double exhaust tip may be beautiful or with a burnt end.
The exhaust tip does not cause any problems during the inspection.
