engine wash

friends I bought a 206 desire vehicle on Friday. the inside is clean outside ... only the steering oil leaked from the stopper and the excess oil was thrown away. in a bit of a mess. Will the engine of this vehicle be washed? Do I have a problem if I wash it? I would be glad if friends using 206 give an answer.Thanks
