Hello, I bought a 2008-2020 55,000 1.2 Puretech manual, fully serviced, in April. Sometimes when I start the car, the engine malfunctions, and only two cylinders are running. It only improves when I turn the ignition off and wait 15 minutes. Since the service center insists that I bring the car in without shutting it down if there's a malfunction, I've been trying to prove the problem to the service center for three months. Finally, it was determined that the problem was in the third cylinder. In three months, the spark plugs were completely replaced, the coils were replaced, the ejector position was changed, and the ejector was overhauled. Now, they're saying the engine will be replaced if it malfunctions again. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Do I still have the right to return the car? I need the car at my door due to special circumstances. I'm tired of going to the service center two or three times a month and dropping it off. It's become a busy job for me. I'm also tired of explaining things too much. So, I've tried to be brief. If anyone can help, I'll share the details. Thank you.

Hello, has this issue been resolved? I've been experiencing the same issue since yesterday. I can't make a service appointment. Roadside assistance says it won't be a problem.
