Hello friends .. It's time for my car to change oil. My vehicle is at 307 2.0 HDI 145000 km. Which engine oil do you recommend? They also explained the boron oil additive, but some do not recommend it, some say it is a must. I request advice from friends who use .. Thanks in advance

I have been using the 5 40 edge castrol for the last 3 maintenance. Also, if the engine of the vehicle is solid, it is not right to add oil if it does not burn, it is not true.

get total already castrol, bp etc. To use the quality and thickness of oil suitable for the climatic weather conditions in the region where you drive the vehicle, all of which have quality fuels that are equivalent to each other. When it comes to car engine oil additives, I have been doing research for a long time, and when you say that you see benefit, engine oil companies do not recommend mixing them with their oils.

What would you suggest to me? My vehicle was at 97000 and its previous oil was Total 10w40. I don't know the oils before that, of course, when I just bought it, I think the master I gave changed. Now I asked the private service that the total10w40 bay mixing others said that Peugeot offers it (which also has the Total logo under the hood). Anyway, Castrol Edge Diesel 5w40 is somewhere I have read, I said they said it was good, the master makes a sound 5w40 no need Total 10w40 said never mind your vehicle. Now what can you suggest? Can I decide whether to change or continue with 10w40? Friends, I would be glad if I get comments.

The suggested may be Total, but I think it is entirely due to commercial concerns. We are not saying total level. However, Castrol or Mobil 1 is at least as good as total. Reviews

Koliva teacher, I did not even imply such a thing & nbsp; ". I have always given more value to your knowledge than those of the masters. If I just take it to the service and change the oil it will be Total, and I try to decide which one is better for my vehicle. I hope I could express it. Forgive me if I was misunderstood.

I went today & nbsp; & nbsp; 4 lt & nbsp; Castrol Edge Turbo diesel 5W-40, added half a liter on it. The car's voice has really changed. There is a Metin Peugeot special service in Bursa, Bursa residents know. I phoned him, brother, I want to change the oil, I said, right before I say what you would recommend, & nbsp; Put Castrol Edge Turbo diesel 5W-40, best for your vehicle this said. :)
