I recommend you to put mobil 1 new life 0 - 40 and I use the same oil. In the forum, this issue had been painful before. In line with the proposed mobile 1.

I changed it a month ago, I had put a helix brand in the shell, I don't know if it is good but I do not know :)

Your synergistic oil is semi-synthetic ... It is more useful to use full synthetic. But more expensive of course :))

It is possible to use Moble Super 3000 X1 5-40 or Moble 1 New Lifetime 0-40, as it is shown in my signature and above. There is nothing wrong with using these oils in summer.
