207 - 1.6 petrol - automatic - 2007 model 2 days ago, while parked, I started the engine and turned on the air conditioning. After 5-10 minutes, it gave me the engine management system faulty warning. I turned off the air conditioning and the engine. A few minutes later, when I turned the ignition to move away, it gave me the same warning, but this time I didn't turn the air conditioning on. After parking for a while, I turned the ignition on again to see if it would give me the same warning, but this time it didn't. I searched the internet for the situation and came across this link https://forum.peugeotturkey.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=49471&title=engine-management-system-faultyThe same thing happened to me again in 2020; the problem corrected itself and then recurred. It was solved after changing the fan resistor. Is it the fan resistor again or something else?
