I started to be like this after the injector and turbocharger changed. 140 000 thousand 1.4 hdi I showed it to one of the masters, the engine should be done. suzuluyomus said what is missing from the oil cover, but there is no gram of oil in the upper cover.

Hello, I don't understand too much, I don't want to give false information, but could the oil-losing place be the top-end cylinder head gasket? It looks like this from the picture. They change it to 120 TL in the authorized service. I changed it about 1 month ago.
