Engine flap replacement - 206

Hello friends, when I opened the bonnet in the engine part of my vehicle, I saw 2 pieces on the left, which I do not know exactly (motor auxiliary earbuds), worn and shaken.

It's like a simple 2 little wedges. But the fact that the engine had to be lifted to change this is true.

There is also a horizontal circular tacho under these 2 tacos, is it necessary to lift the engine for their replacement
