Greetings, brothers and sisters. My 2012 Partner Tepee has 37,000 km. The engine malfunction light and ESP have started to come on. It won't rev past 3,000 rpm, and it's sluggish at 3,000. Also, the rear wiper is working by itself, spraying water and wiping. The wiper is worn out, so I pulled the fuse. If anyone has encountered these problems and has solved them, I'd appreciate any help. It's a known fact that people have a hard time finding a good mechanic.
